Lumio - Membership Agreement

Membership Overview

Lumio memberships unlock premium experiences delivered through subscription plans. By purchasing a membership, you agree to this Membership Agreement and the terms provided by the App Store.

Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Charges are made to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase and renewal.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase.

Coin Purchases

Coins provide flexible access to premium features. Coin purchases are processed through the App Store and may be consumed in-app based on your usage.

Pricing and Changes

Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may change. If pricing changes, the App Store will manage any confirmation required for renewal.

Membership access is active only during a paid subscription period.

Coins are digital items and are not redeemable for cash.

Unused subscription time is not refundable where prohibited by law.

Eligibility

Memberships are available only to users aged 18 and above.
