By using Lumio, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
Eligibility
Lumio is intended solely for users aged 18 and above. You represent that you meet this requirement.
License to Use
Lumio grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this agreement and applicable laws.
Subscriptions and Coins
Lumio offers premium access through subscriptions and coin purchases. Transactions are handled by the App Store. Access to premium experiences may depend on active subscription status or available coin balance.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass security, interfere with services, or use Lumio in a way that violates laws or the rights of others.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and trademarks within Lumio are owned by Lumio or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion without permission.
Disclaimers
Lumio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Lumio after changes means you accept the updated agreement.
